Matthew Knight

Chief Executive Officer

Matthew Knight has the natural leadership skills which make him a first-class CEO of Beaver Williams. Along with his vast industry knowledge and experience in Building Services, Matthew has technical and business qualifications, and an impressive track record of more than 19 years of hands on experience. Matthew has a strong focus on relationship management. A versatile, highly adaptive professional and problem solver, Matthew applies his expertise to key aspects of executing organisational mission.

Mona Saigh

Chief Financial Officer

Mona has a strong focus on establishing and implementing best practices and comprehensive processes. Mona has led and helped implement extensive business improvements, delivering significant change. As CFO she provides the Executive team with both financial and commercial insights on strategic initiatives for business growth. Mona has a Business Degree from University of Technology Sydney, a CPA and a Master of Commercial Law from Macquarie University. Mona is also a keen charity event runner.

Paulo Harrison

Head of Service
HVAC & Fire Service

Paulo Harrison has been with the company for the past 8 years. Starting his career in the Royal Australian Navy as a Marine Technician, Paulo gained extensive knowledge on all aspects of air conditioning, refrigeration and controls. Coming to the company as a general service technician, Paulo has progressed to become the Head of Service and is recognised as an expert in his field. Paulo is known for his high level of commitment and support to his customers and colleagues.

Michael Lynch

Chief of Engineering

Michael is a highly skilled engineer and oversees projects from early development through to completion. He is involved primarily with our Estimating and Engineering departments. Michael started with the company as a junior engineer over 13 years ago. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree, which he completed in Ireland while working for Sheridan & Lynch Ltd.

Our commitment to training including an extensive apprenticeship and sponsorship program ensures we have the skills to meet the demands of our clients.

Charles Gleeson

2nd Year Apprentice
HVAC Construction

As a second-year apprentice, Charles is being mentored through a 4-year traineeship to become an integral part of our team. Learning to install HVAC systems, Charles supports our team in delivering high quality projects in the design & installation of heating, ventilation and air- conditioning systems.

Lucas Machado

2nd Year Apprentice
HVAC Service

Lucas has a good work ethic and is always conscious of safety standards. Lucas is in his second year of his traineeship with the company. He is learning to maintain HVAC systems and supports our team in delivering high quality service of climate control systems.

Derrick Visser

4th Year Apprentice
Fire Construction

Derrick joined the company to enhance his knowledge within the fire industry, previously working for an electrical contractor. Derrick shows great enthusiasm in his role and is proving to be a huge asset to Beaver Williams.
