Matthew Knight

Chief Executive Officer

Matthew Knight has the natural leadership skills which make him a first-class CEO of Beaver Williams. Along with his vast industry knowledge and experience in Building Services, Matthew has technical and business qualifications, and an impressive track record of more than 19 years of hands on experience. Matthew has a strong focus on relationship management. A versatile, highly adaptive professional and problem solver, Matthew applies his expertise to key aspects of executing organisational mission.

Mona Saigh

Mona Saigh

Chief Financial Officer

Mona has a strong focus on establishing and implementing best practices and comprehensive processes. Mona has led and helped implement extensive business improvements, delivering significant change. As CFO she provides the Executive team with both financial and commercial insights on strategic initiatives for business growth. Mona has a Business Degree from University of Technology Sydney, a CPA and a Master of Commercial Law from Macquarie University. Mona is also a keen charity event runner.

Juan Castro

Juan Castro

Construction Manager

Juan holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and various other qualifications including Building Services Section J Compliance, Smoke Control in Buildings and Greenstar Professional Accreditation. He has worked in the HVAC construction industry for over 15 years. As Construction Manager, Juan has implemented systems and processes focused on improving efficiencies and client offerings. Juan’s straightforward approach, friendly nature and industry knowledge is instrumental in the growth of the company.

Paulo Harrison

Paulo Harrison

Head of Service

Paulo Harrison has been with the company for the past 10 years. Starting his career in the Royal Australian Navy as a Marine Technician, Paulo gained extensive knowledge on all aspects of air conditioning, refrigeration, and controls. Coming to the company as a general service technician, Paulo has progressed to become the Head of Service and is recognised as an expert in his field. His broad knowledge across all facets of HVAC&R including essential services puts him in good stead to provide the best advice for his clients. Paulo is driven to ensure customer satisfaction through a highly responsive approach to client requirements delivering the very best results.

Michael Lynch

Michael Lynch

Chief of Engineering

Michael is a highly skilled engineer and oversees projects from early development through to completion. He is involved primarily with our estimating and engineering departments. Michael started with the company as a junior engineer in 2007. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree, which he completed in Ireland while working for Sheridan & Lynch Ltd. Michael has a focus on providing optimum function and quality in every project. His team are disciplined in enhancing long term investment providing clients with the best possible value and highest quality while eliminating unnecessary costs.

WHSEQ Manager

Scott has been involved in the Mechanical Services industry for over 17 years. During this time, he has been an Apprentice, Tradesperson, Project Supervisor, Project Manager and most recently WHSEQ Manager. Scott holds a Diploma of Project Management, Certificate VI in Health and Safety and Cert III in Mechanical Services. Scott’s strength is his genuine care for the safety of his team, and everyone involved in the industry. Scott strives to make the workplaces for his team the safest they can be.

Brad Collins

Senior Estimator

Brad started with Beaver in 1995 as a first-year apprentice. After completing his trade in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, he worked as an Installer with the Construction Department until 2001, when he moved overseas to work for two years. Brad returned to Beaver in the role of Project Manager and went on to become Construction Manager. Today Brad is our Senior Estimator. He has extensive industry and regulatory knowledge. His impressive tenure with Beaver Williams makes him an integral part of the team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. On weekends Brad enjoys watching his boys playing soccer, AFL or surfing. In his spare time Brad likes watching rugby league and horse racing as well as playing soccer and golf.

Senior Estimator

David has over 10 years of experience as a Senior Estimator. He is originally from the UK where he worked on tenders for large HVAC high rise developments, stadiums, and commercial projects. His understanding of mechanical services is fundamental to his current success within the business. David applies a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in covering all client requirements while adding value and minimising cost. David’s ability to negotiate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors is fundamental in the superior level of quality he delivers for his clients.

Melven Baloria is an experienced Mechanical Services Design Engineer, with a demonstrated history of working in the construction, industry for over 10 years. Melven successfully rose through the ranks through hard work and high quality of work output in various countries such as Singapore, the Philippines and Saudi Arabia.

Operations Manager HVAC Service

Craig has 14 years’ experience in the HVAC industry. After completing his apprenticeship with Worthington Nicholls as a Service Technician, he attended City of Bath College where he obtained a National Vocational Qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Craig has vast experience in the construction sector, specialising in the management and commissioning of various air conditioning and mechanical services for hotels and commercial retail outlets. Craig joined Beaver Williams three years ago and is now the HVAC Service Operations Manager. Craig’s knowledge and expertise are regularly sought after by his colleagues and clients.

Fire Safety Assessor / Operations Manager Fire Service

Jatin is a quality-driven, task-oriented Fire Service Manager. He has gained extensive knowledge on all aspects of Fire Services over 12 years of industry experience. Jatin is an accredited Competent Fire Safety Practitioner and Fire Safety Assessor for all 36 fire safety performance measures. In addition, Jatin holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Information Technology. Over the years, Jatin has managed numerous Government maintenance contracts including Local Councils, Housing NSW and Western Sydney Local Health District. Jatin is focussed on effective teamwork to achieve the best outcome for his clients.

Joel Fittler has been employed by Beaver Williams for over 14 years. Joel has extensive knowledge across HVAC, fire and essential services. His expertise and proficiency across the HVAC and fire services industries bring efficiency and superior results to the jobs that he manages. Joel is very well-liked and respected by both customers and peers. He is regarded highly for honesty and transparency in quoting, repairs and condition reports.

Adam is FPAA Fire Safety Assessor and AMCA accredited, he has been in the passive fire industry for over 10 years. He has extensive experience and knowledge across the passive fire protection industry, specialising in fire dampers, fire seals and fire rated lightweight construction across the commercial and residential sector.

Matthew brings over 15 years of experience in compliance, operations, and customer service to his role at Beaver Williams. Having commenced his career in the accommodation and hospitality sectors, Matthew worked in hands-on, customer-facing roles, before transitioning into Customer Relations and Operations Management for a large, licensed venue. Since joining the fire industry, Matt has applied the same principles of high-quality customer service to his industry clients, prioritising the development of strong client relationships through the provision of professional, timely and helpful assistance.

David is a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager with a successful record of providing leading-edge technical expertise in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial and domestic electrical projects. His experience of over 20 years spans all facets of electrical engineering and the fire protection industry. David’s expertise is in developing and leading specialist multidiscipline teams, managing and executing engineering activities within timeframes and budget, while ensuring stringent compliance with health & safety requirements as well as contract specifications and schedules. David consistently provides a high calibre of technical accuracy and professionalism.

Adam Larsen

Project Manager HVAC Construction

Adam commenced his employment with Beaver as an apprentice in 2003. During his time with the company, Adam has gained extensive experience working on high calibre projects such as ANSTO, Wynyard Station, University of Sydney and the State Library. His expertise encompasses all facets of installation of HVAC systems including VRV, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, FCUs and associated pipework. Adam’s passion lies with water systems and his attention to detail is paramount to achieve the high-quality projects that Adam has delivered.

Project Manager HVAC Construction

Richard has over 20 years of experience in sheet metal work, design, manufacture, and assembly in a variety of fields ranging from ventilation, air conditioning and construction.

He has wide-ranging knowledge and understanding in the design, estimating, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems. His can-do attitude has gained him the nickname of the magician, he always finds a solution even for the more intrinsic problems.

Chris started his employment with Beaver Williams over 7 years ago as a refrigeration mechanic. His motivation and hunger for knowledge saw him rise through the ranks to a Project Manager in a short period of time. As a project manager Chris has delivered some complex projects such as the ABC and NBN leaving behind relationships of trust with end-users and clients. Chris’s passion lies in understanding more efficient ways of installing systems and always has innovative ideas to improve efficiencies during installation works.

Commissioning Manager

Brett is a fully qualified Refrigeration Technician who has advanced into the role of the Commissioning and Balancing Manager. Brett has over 30 years of experience and worked on a variety of high-profile projects. Brett previously operated his own commissioning business and has a reputation in the industry for delivering high-quality projects in an amicable manner by working with all stakeholders involved in commissioning. His ample knowledge of IST and ESS testing makes him an asset to Beaver Williams.

Human Resources Manager

Janet is responsible for all things relating to the people of Beaver Williams. Janet manages recruitment, selection and onboarding. She drives and influences a positive working culture within the organisation; conducts market and performance reviews; and contributes to the planning and implementation of workforce initiatives. Starting with the company in 2008, during her time Janet has been part of significant growth (from 45 to over 100 employees). Her vocational education includes Certificate IV in Human Resources. Janet is passionate about the growth of Beaver Williams, both the company and its employees, along with their commitment to and understanding of our workplace.

Michelle Bridger

Michelle Bridger

Marketing & Communications Manager

Michelle’s experience spans 18 years across business-to-business and direct-to-consumer focused marketing roles. She holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing. Michelle is responsible for both internal and external marketing functions for Beaver Williams. Her role embraces the promotion of the company as well as internal communications such as employee intranet, employee newsletter and staff surveys. In addition, she contributes to the employer of choice initiatives across the organisation. Michelle’s passion is for lifelong learning, keeping her skills up-to-date and relevant in this rapidly changing industry.
