The Role
An opportunity exists to join our Fire Service department as Passive Fire Account Manager. In this busy and varied role, you will operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to client requirements, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for matters specific to respective projects under management, including but not limited to, the provision of rectification quotations and solutions for complex defects identified onsite. You will work to expand our customer base, ensuring excellent customer service across the greater Sydney area.
The right candidate will join our professional, friendly, and skilled team, to become an integral part of passive fire protection projects. You will mentor, upskill, and lead a team of Passive Fire Technicians to successfully execute each project inline with building compliance requirements and Australian standards.

Skills and Experience
To be considered you must have excellent leadership, time management, problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, planning, teamwork, and negotiation skills. To be successful, you will be able to manage projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Requirements
Account management or project management experience in Passive Fire Rating (essential).
Fire Safety Industry knowledge including standards (essential).
Current driver’s licence (essential).
Tertiary qualification in project management (desirable).
FPA Accreditation as a Competent Fire Safety Practitioner (CFSP) for passive fire measures (desirable).
