Sydney University – John Woolley Building

We were engage as the principal contractor to undertake the mechanical works and associated builders works at the John Woolley Building.
Air conditioning works encompassed supply and installation of a chilled water system consisting of air cooled chillers, pumps, boilers, floor mounted FCUS, AHUs, ducted FCUs and new BMS system.
Builders works included supply and installation of a new plant room, ceiling removal & reinstatement and painting.
