Juan Castro

Juan Castro

Chief Executive Officer

Juan holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and various other qualifications including Building Services Section J Compliance, Smoke Control in Buildings and Greenstar Professional Accreditation. He has worked in the HVAC industry for over 15 years. Previously Construction Manager, Juan has implemented systems and processes focused on improving efficiencies and client offerings. Juan’s straightforward approach, friendly nature and industry knowledge is instrumental in the growth of the company.

Mona Saigh

Chief Financial Officer

Mona has a strong focus on establishing and implementing best practices and comprehensive processes. Mona has led and helped implement extensive business improvements, delivering significant change. As CFO she provides the Executive team with both financial and commercial insights on strategic initiatives for business growth. Mona has a Business Degree from University of Technology Sydney, a CPA and a Master of Commercial Law from Macquarie University. Mona is also a keen charity event runner.

Paulo Harrison

Paulo Harrison has been with the company for the past 10 years. Starting his career in the Royal Australian Navy as a Marine Technician, Paulo gained extensive knowledge on all aspects of air conditioning, refrigeration, and controls. Coming to the company as a general service technician, Paulo has progressed to become the Head of Service and is recognised as an expert in his field. His broad knowledge across all facets of HVAC&R including essential services puts him in good stead to provide the best advice for his clients. Paulo is driven to ensure customer satisfaction through a highly responsive approach to client requirements delivering the very best results.

Michael Lynch

Chief of Engineering

Michael is a highly skilled engineer and oversees projects from early development through to completion. He is involved primarily with our estimating and engineering departments. Michael started with the company as a junior engineer in 2007. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree, which he completed in Ireland while working for Sheridan & Lynch Ltd. Michael has a focus on providing optimum function and quality in every project. His team are disciplined in enhancing long term investment providing clients with the best possible value and highest quality while eliminating unnecessary costs.

Passive Fire Manager

Adam is FPAA Fire Safety Assessor and AMCA accredited, he has been in the passive fire industry for over 10 years. He has extensive experience and knowledge across the passive fire protection industry, specialising in fire dampers, fire seals and fire rated lightweight construction across the commercial and residential sector.

With an academic background in business, and psychology along with post-graduate qualifications in human factors and aviation safety, David’s career interests have always been in helping people work safer and more effectively. He has worked around the world in a range of management, operational and safety roles where he has been involved in process improvement projects and ISO accreditations. David has expertise in health, safety, wellness and environment management as well as quality assurance systems and processes. He has experience in emergency management, regulation and compliance management, among other areas of business. David holds a first-aid certificate, and qualifications in mental health first aid, return to work, risk management, incident cause analysis, hazardous substance handling and infection control. David grew up in rural New Zealand where he developed his passion for hunting, fishing later turning to involvement in mountain safety training so others could safely share in his experiences.

Marian Carpena, Financial Accountant

Marian has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management Accounting as well as Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Her work history includes accounting positions across insurance, motorcycle, and powder coating businesses. Prior to joining Beaver Williams, she was the general accountant for a small business, with this Marian brings her broad experience in managing small business offices coupled with her general accounting. Marian grew up in the Philippines and lived there most of her life before moving to Australia. Marian was elected as SK Chairman of the Youth Council in the Philippines for 5 years and was a Councilor for 3 years.

Michelle Bridger

Marketing & Communications Manager

Michelle’s experience spans 18 years across business-to-business and direct-to-consumer focused marketing roles. She holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing. Michelle is responsible for both internal and external marketing functions for Beaver Williams. Her role embraces the promotion of the company as well as internal communications such as employee intranet, employee newsletter and staff surveys. In addition, she contributes to the employer of choice initiatives across the organisation. Michelle’s passion is for lifelong learning, keeping her skills up-to-date and relevant in this rapidly changing industry.

James has over 12 years of experience in the Fire Services industry. He is an FPAS Accredited Fire Safety Practitioner for 36 essential fire safety measures. James has a strong understanding, and thorough experience in the interpretation and application of Australian Standards and Building Codes, as well as the preparation of Annual Fire Safety Statements. James has a background in inspection & testing management, defects estimation and sales. He has a strong focus on team building and staff development. He excels in client relations, providing outstanding service through problem-solving and nurturing technical industry knowledge.

Matthew brings over 15 years of experience in compliance, operations, and customer service to his role at Beaver Williams. Having commenced his career in the accommodation and hospitality sectors, Matthew worked in hands-on, customer-facing roles, before transitioning into Customer Relations and Operations Management for a large, licensed venue. Since joining the fire industry, Matt has applied the same principles of high-quality customer service to his industry clients, prioritising the development of strong client relationships through the provision of professional, timely and helpful assistance.

Billie is an accomplished administration manager with excellent customer service aptitude. She has a strong background in customer service, administration, and planning. Billie has a bubbly personality and creates a positive culture in the office. She has great listening and people skills. Billie understands client needs and solves problems efficiently. She oversees all HVAC Service department administration works ensuring efficiency and compliance. She is passionate about relationships with both staff and clients to ensure the smooth running of the schedules and the day-to-day productivity of the department. Billie is devoted to the training and upskilling of the members of her team. She is a go-to person for all systems and practical matters.

Dean Callaghan started with Beaver Williams in 2019 and has been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years. His history spans all aspects of the trade. He started his career in commercial refrigeration working in Coles and Liquorland. He then transitioned into air conditioning where he has gained experience in everything from domestic air conditioning to large commercial buildings and shopping centres. Dean spent three years as Service Manager for a national catering equipment wholesaler looking after warranty and service concerns. He has a strong focus on customer service and relations, as is an asset to the Beaver Williams team.

Vinny Narayan

Vinny has a strong mechanical background and holds certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. He has extensive experience in large building central plant maintenance, water-cooled systems, specialised seawater plants, electrical fault finding and wiring, and full function mechanical fire testing. Vinny is focused on providing solutions for his clients that are outside the box, fit within their budget, and provide an efficient result in response to their HVAC issues. His expertise lies in managing larger mechanical projects and repairs.

We are leaders in the industry and new technology will play a big part in our future. We are constantly challenging ourselves to find ways of significantly reduce energy costs and improving the overall environmental and safety performance of buildings.
